The competition is organised by Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG is organising the competition. Any natural person resident in Germany who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate. The competition begins on 28 March 2025; the closing date for entries is 11 April 2025 at 23:59. Late entries cannot be considered.
Participation in the competition is only permitted through personal entry by the participant. Participation via automated procedures (e.g. via competition clubs or competition service providers) is not permitted. In these cases and in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or manipulation, we reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned.
Multiple comments from the same Facebook user and/or the same person will be counted as one entry into the competition. A jury will judge the comments received for authenticity and creativity and will then select the winners of the competition at its own discretion. For this purpose, all "Facebook names" of the participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winners. Address data will later only be collected from the winners and only used to send out the prize. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information and cancellation.
The prize is 2 nights in a double room incl. breakfast at Upstalsboom Langeoog.
The winners have until 25.04.2025 at 23:59 to report back and provide their address for the dispatch of the prize.
Following the competition, the winners will be notified directly on our Facebook page by linking to the official "Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG" account to the original comment that entered the competition.
The winners will be asked in this comment to provide their address for the prize dispatch via Facebook direct message to Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG via Facebook direct message. In the event that a winner does not contact Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will lose their right to have the prize sent to them. The winners will be announced without guarantee.
Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG is authorised to transfer the personal data to third parties in order to enable the prize to be delivered. Only one prize per participant is possible, which cannot alternatively be paid out in cash. Claims to prizes are not transferable to other persons. Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG is only liable for legal and material defects in the event of intent or gross negligence.
Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG makes use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper organisation of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination was caused by the behaviour of a participant, Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any incomplete or ineffective provisions shall be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate provision is found which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the ineffective or incomplete provision. Legal recourse is excluded.
The competition is in no way connected to Facebook and is in no way supported, accompanied or controlled by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook, but Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG. All questions, comments or complaints should therefore not be directed to Facebook, but to Aquantis Freizeitanlagen GmbH & CO. KG. Participation does not give rise to any claims against Facebook.
